This is my third build in Australia, and the process has been exceptionally good. From Nena at Sales, to Kristy at selections, and Samantha and Dave during the build, the whole team was professional and made the process a breeze. Build started late October 2024 and was handed over early July 2025. Nena was responsive and passionate, Kristy was thorough and listened well, Samantha was approachable and professional, and Dave was friendly with clear communication about plans and timeframes.
